  • As a marriage and family therapist, I have come to see that our deepest wounds and greatest healing both come through relationships. That’s why in my work with individuals and couples I seek to foster new kinds of relational encounters as a springboard for connection and growth. Whether we are exploring your relationship with yourself, a partner, substance, or unwanted behavior, my hope is to hold space for you to process your story more honestly and graciously. My therapy style integrates family systems approaches including Symbolic-Experiential, Attachment, IFS (Internal Family Systems), and somatic-based approaches.

  • My middle name is Hope, and I seek to embody the grit and risk of my namesake. Personally and professionally I want to be honest about suffering and yet dare to imagine what is still unseen. I often find this tension of hope and ache in stories, poetry, and wild, open places. Maybe that’s why I feel most alive in the mountains or reading a good book!

“The depths I was able to go with Brielle was and still is shocking to me. For years, parts of my story felt too hard, too scary, too far in the past to matter. But each time something surfaced it was met with a calm, gentle, confidence that allowed me to explore the depths in ways I could never have imagined.” — Individual Therapy Client

“Brielle brings warmth, encouragement, and peace to therapy sessions, while also gently and creatively challenging and directing to address the root of the problem. She adds a spiritual component that is life-giving, never burdensome, and always appropriate to the given context. She is a true gift!” — Alison
