  • I believe we are created for relationship, and that healing and growth happen within the context of secure and supportive relationships.

None of us grow up in perfectly ideal circumstances and relationships. As a Certified Shadow Work Facilitator, I believe in the power of this work to help us experience (not just understand) what may have been missing in childhood: protection, delight, and unconditional love and acceptance. These, I believe, are the pathways to deep healing and lasting change.

    • Private Coaching Sessions: One-on-one support tailored to your journey

    • Group Shadow Work Circles: Explore, reflect, and grow in a supportive group setting (for women or all-gender)

    • Retreat Facilitator: Guided immersive experiences for personal growth and team connection

    • Supporting Women in Transition: Guiding and empowering women through periods of change

    • Healing Between Genders: Creating spaces for empathy and healing between men and women

    • Certified Shadow Work® Facilitator

    • Forum Group Facilitator

  • I am certified and trained in Shadow Work through Shadow Work Seminars, Inc. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have been married for almost 20 years to my best friend. I enjoy going on adventures with my husband and four sons: hiking, skiing, traveling and on-the-fly DIY projects.

“The way Christina attuned to each person in my group and exuded compassion was astounding and inspiring. The things she said to validate and to motivate have stayed with me. It’s like she knew just what to say and when to say it!” — Rebecca

“Christina created a sense of safety from the beginning with her warm welcome. That continued as she helped us get to know each other as a group, gave guidelines and explained the flow of the morning. That safety allowed for vulnerability and left me feeling known by the group as well as better knowing myself. ” — Phyllis
