“We don’t heal in isolation, but in community.” — S Kelley Harrell
I believe you can learn to honor your pain in a way no one else can. I’m especially drawn to working with clients who are curious about knowing themselves more deeply, exploring their inner parts and patterns, and better understanding the ways these things show up in their families and relationships.
As an integrative marriage and family therapist, I draw from trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, including: EMDR, internal family systems (IFS) therapy, and various somatic therapies. My hope is to create a space where vulnerability and safety cultivate a deeper intimacy with both oneself and others.

In my free time, I’m usually in some kind of creative mode, tackling a new project, hosting friends, or planning my next adventure. I feel most restored near a body of water, where everything slows down and perspective returns. I strive to bring my full humanity into the therapy room, showing up with authenticity, connection, and a sprinkle of humor.
“I was feeling depressed and anxious when I decided to start therapy. Working with Clare has changed everything. She helped me create space to understand myself, process old wounds, and build healthier patterns. Week by week, I became more self-aware…and found more peace. Clare was present, compassionate, and made me feel truly understood. I would highly recommend her!” — Wendy
“Working with Clare has been life-changing. I came to her during an incredibly difficult time… Clare met me with patience, empathy, and no judgment. She helped me process my complex feelings and uncover how much was rooted in my own past and trauma. Her support has been essential in helping me heal, grow, and show up more fully for myself and my family. “ — Jamee
